摘　　要：对办公自动化系统进行了研究,在J2EE框架体系基础上完成了办公自动化系统架构的设计,采用B/S结构易于维护和扩展。介绍了各模块的功能,在此基础上对主要的数据表及模块的软件结构进行设计,以确保系统功能的实现。检测结果表明系统具备良好的稳定性和实用性,使办公效率得以有效提高,有助于企业实现信息化管理,具有较高的实际应用价值。This paper mainly studies the office automation system,completes the design of office automation system architecture on the basis of J2EE framework.The system adopts B/S structure to be easy to maintain and expand.This paper introduces the functions of each module,and on this basis,introduces the software of the main data tables and modules.The test results show that the system has a good stability and practicability,and the office efficiency can be effectively improved.It is helpful for enterprises to realize information management and has a high practical value.
