超敏C反应蛋白和心肌酶CK-MB检测在轮状病毒肠炎患儿中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和心肌酶肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测在轮状病毒(RV)肠炎患儿中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年10月~2018年12月在我院住院治疗的50例RV肠炎患儿为观察组,并选取同期住院46例细菌性肠炎患儿作为对照组。分别检测两组hs-CRP及CK-MB的水平与阳性率,比较观察组和对照组差异情况。观察组依据临床脱水情况分为脱水组(27例)和无脱水组(23例),比较有无脱水情况下的hs-CRP及CK-MB水平与阳性率。结果观察组hs-CRP的水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CK-MB的水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);脱水组的hs-CRP和CK-MB水平较无脱水组普遍增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过hs-CRP及CK-MB水平检测,对鉴别婴幼儿RV肠炎与细菌性肠炎具有重要意义,结合hs-CRP及CK-MB水平可用于判断RV肠炎是否造成心肌损伤及评估肠炎的严重程度。Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and myocardial enzyme creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in children with Rotavirus(RV)enteritis.Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,50 children with RV enteritis were selected as the observation group,at the same time,46 children with bacterial enteritis were selected as the control group.The levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB and the positive rate were detected and compared.Futhermore,the observation group was divided into dehydration group and without dehydration group(27 patients with dehydration and 23 patients without dehydration),the levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB and the positive rate were compared.Results The hs-CRP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CK-MB level of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of hs-CRP in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive rate of CK-MB was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Hs-CRP and CK-MB levels of the dehydration group were higher than those of without dehydration group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP and CK-MB can be used to distinguish the RV enteritis with baeterial enteritis,hs-CRP and CK-MB can be used to determine whether the RV enteritis leading to myocardial injury and judging the degree of injury.
