间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片在绝经后取环术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片在绝经后取环术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年2月我院收治的30例绝经后取出宫内节育环(IUD)患者的临床资料,按照干预方案不同分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对照组常规取环,不用任何药物。观察组用盐酸曲马多缓释片联合间苯三酚治疗。观察两组宫颈软化程度、术中疼痛程度、取环结果及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组宫颈软化程度优于对照组,术中疼痛程度轻于对照组,取环结果优于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片在绝经后取环术中的应用效果较好,患者宫颈软化程度、术中疼痛程度、取环结果及不良反应均得到较好的改善。Objective To investigate the application effect of Phloroglucinol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets in postmenopausal ring removal.Methods The clinical data of 30 postmenopausal women who needed to remove intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD)in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the different intervention schemes,the patients were divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).The control group used routine ring removal without any drugs.The observation group used Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets combined with Phloroglucinol treatment.The degree of cervical softening,intraoperative pain,ring removal results and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The degree of cervical softening in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the result of ring removal was better than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets is effective in the removal of cervical rings after menopause.The degree of cervical softening,intraoperative pain,the results of removal of rings and adverse reactions are all improved.
