河长制公示牌的社会延展性研究

摘　　要：通过对河长制公示牌社会性研究,认为河长制公示牌作为河长制工作的重要组成部分,一方面是河长制工作的缩影,另一方面又让河长制工作有了延伸和拓展,与社会公众紧密相连。在分析河长制公示牌存在问题的基础上,从公示牌的功能定位、规范设置板块、内容表示方式等方面提出规范和完善的建议。It is believed that public signs shall be an essential part of river chief system,according to studies on social dimension of public signs for river chief system.It is regarded not only as epitome of the river chief system,but also a connection that links with the general public.Based on lessons learned from the current practices,suggestions for making improvements are given regarding the function of public signs,standardized setting and presentation of its contents.
