摘  要:采集了天津港南疆港区4个原油储罐的沉积水,通过成分分析,发现沉积水所含离子种类较多,这是因为港区储罐货源及货种的复杂性所致。为考察Cl^-、SO4^2-对腐蚀速率的影响,配置了模拟沉积水,设置了浓度梯度,利用Q235B钢作为腐蚀材质,开展了周期为24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、120 h、144 h和168 h的静态挂片试验,研究显示Cl^-浓度为5 g/L时、SO4^2-浓度为2 g/L时,随着试验时间的变化,腐蚀速率变化幅度最大;在不同的Cl^-、SO4^2-浓度下,随着试验时间的变化,腐蚀速率的变化趋势不同;试验时间为120 h和144 h时,随着Cl-浓度的变化,腐蚀速率变化幅度较大,试验时间为24 h、48 h和72 h时,随着SO4^2-浓度的变化,腐蚀速率变化幅度较大;当试验时间不同时,随着Cl^-、SO4^2-浓度的变化,腐蚀速率的变化趋势有一定规律。试验结果可做为研究防腐措施的参考。Sedimentary water from four crude oil tanks in Nanjiang area of Tianjin port were collected in this paper,and found that sedimentary water had many kinds of ionic species by the analysis of the composition,that's due to the complexity of the source and types of goods in the tanks at the port area.In order to investigate the impact on the corrosion rate,simulated sedimentary water was configured and concentration gradient was set up.Q235B steel was used as the corrosion material to carry out the static hanging test with a period of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h and 168 h.The study showed that when the Cl^- concentration was 5 g/L and SO4^2- concentration was 2 g/L,the corrosion rate changed the most with the change of time.In different Cl^-,S4^2- concentrations,the corrosion rate varies with the test time.When the test time is 120 h and 144 h,the corrosion rate varies greatly with the change of Cl^- concentration.When the test time is 24 h,48 h and 72 h,the corrosion rate varies greatly with the change of SO4^2- concentration.When the test time is different,the change of corrosion rate has a certain pattern with the change of Cl^-,SO4^2- concentrations.The Experimental results can be used as a reference for the study of anti-corrosion measures.
