针刺联合中药贴敷治疗小儿功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合中药贴敷对功能性消化不良(FD)患儿相关血清细胞因子及胃肠激素变化的影响。方法选取2017年2月-2019年2月间在江苏省溧阳市人民医院接受治疗的脾虚气滞型FD患儿132例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=66例)和观察组(n=66例);对照组口服莫沙必利片,观察组患儿在对照组基础上行针刺联合中药贴敷;观察2组患儿临床疗效、临床症状、胃肠激素及胃电图改变状况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿大便泄泻、脘腹痞满、口黏腻及纳差而饱症状积分较治疗前和对照组均降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)水平较治疗前和对照组均降低,ELISA法检测胃动素(MTL)、神经肽(NPY)、胃泌素(GAS)水平较治疗前和对照组均升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿胃窦、胃体正常慢波比率、平均振幅(AP)及胃电主频(FP)较治疗前和对照组均有所升高(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药贴敷对FD患儿疗效显著,可改善患儿胃肠激素水平与胃肠动力。Objective To investigate the effects of acupoints combined with traditional Chinese medicine on serum cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones in children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 132children with spleen-deficiency stagnation type FD who were treated in the People′s Hospital of Fuyang City,Jiangsu Province from February to February 2019,were randomly divided into control group(n=66cases)and observation group(n=66cases);the control group received oral mosapride tablets,while the observation group children in the control group on the basis of acupoints combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal hormones and electrogastrogram were observed in the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.27%,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had stool diarrhea,abdominal distension,mouth stickiness and anorexia.Compared with the pre-treatment and control groups(P<0.05),the levels of serum serotonin(5-HT)and nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group were lower than those before and after the treatment.The levels of kinesin(MTL),neuropeptide(NPY)and gastrin(GAS)were higher than those before the treatment and control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ratio of normal slow wave,mean amplitude(AP)and main frequency(FP)of gastric antral and body in the observation group were higher than those before the treatment and in the control(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoints combined with traditional Chinese medicine on children with functional dyspepsia is significant,which can improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility in children.
