额颞部除皱术联合A型肉毒毒素注射面部年轻化治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨额颞部除皱术,同时联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,达到提升上面部皮肤,改善上面部皮肤老化,去除眶周、眉间及额部皱纹,加强除皱术效果的年轻化的治疗效果。方法 20例上面部皱纹整形患者,女性,沿前额及颞部发际线内设计切口标记线,分离,额部沿骨膜浅层剥离,颞部紧贴颞浅筋膜浅面剥离,悬吊收紧,去除多余皮肤组织,美容切口缝合,术后常规放置引流装置,加压包扎72小时,7天拆线时并予眉间、双眼角外侧及额部分别注射适当剂量A型肉毒毒素,祛除皱纹,使上面部皮肤年轻化。结果 20例患者随访1-12个月,效果均令人满意。上面部皮肤松弛明显改善,额部、眉间及眶周皱纹明显减少,且皮肤饱满,光泽度好,切口愈合后疤痕隐蔽,不明显,无并发症发生,上面部皮肤呈现明显年轻化效果。结论额颞部除皱术联合A型肉毒毒素注射面部年轻化治疗,安全、有效、并发症少、恢复快,是一种切实可行的良好的治疗方法。Objective To explore the frontal temporal except knit, and at the same time with botulinum toxin A injection therapy, improve facial skin, improve facial skin aging, remove peri-orbit, brow and forehead wrinkles, strengthen anti-wrinkle effect of younger treatment effect. Methods 20 patients with facial wrinkles plastic, women, along the frontal and temporal design incision in the hairline mark line, the separation of suspended tighten SMAS fascia layer, remove excess skin tissue, cosmetic suture of incision, postoperative routine placement of drainage device, compression bandage for 72 hours, take out stitches for 7 days and to the brow, dual lateral canthus and frontal appropriate dose of botulinum toxin A injection respectively, remove wrinkles, make facial skin younger. Results 20 patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months, the effect is satisfactory.Obviously improved on the facial skin is flabby, forehead, brow and peri-orbit wrinkles decreased significantly, and skin firmness, good gloss, after healing of incision scar hidden, not obvious, no complications occurred, facial skin appear younger effect obviously.Conclusion The frontal temporal division combined with type A botulinum toxin type A botulinum toxin injection is A feasible and effective treatment for the treatment of facial rejuvenation, which is safe, effective, less complication and rapid recovery.
