自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植在鼻尖部整形手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植在鼻尖部整形手术中的应用。方法在2017年8月到2018年7月期间我院收治了60例行鼻尖部整形的的患者,随机将60例患者分为常规组与试验组(每组30例)。所有患者都进行鼻尖部整形手术,常规组实行膨体假体填充的方案,试验组实行自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充的方案。对比60例患者的手术时间、满意度和并发症的发生率(感染、破溃、过敏情况)。结果试验组手术时间、术后鼻尖高度、鼻尖矫正成功率优于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者鼻尖宽、鼻尖角、后旋角、表现点、鼻背高度满意度对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组的并发症发生率(6.7)明显要比常规组的并发症发生率(20%)要低(P <0.05)。结论自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植效果显著,不仅大大缩短了手术时间,并发症发生率也明显减少,患者的满意率也在提升,值得在临床上大力实行。Objective To study the application of autologous nasal septum cartilage and ear cartilage transplantation in nasal tip plastic surgery. Methods From August 2017 to July 2018, 60 patients with nasal tip plastic surgery were treated in our hospital. 60 patients were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group(30 cases in each group). All patients underwent nasal tip plastic surgery. The routine group underwent expansion prosthesis filling, while the experimental group underwent autologous nasal septum cartilage and auricular cartilage transplantation filling. The operation time, satisfaction and incidence of complications(infection, ulceration, allergy) were compared in 60 patients. Results After operation, the operation time of the conventional group was significantly longer than that of the experimental group;the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group;the incidence of complications in the experimental group was also less than that of the conventional group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Autologous nasal septum cartilage and ear cartilage transplantation has a remarkable effect, which not only greatly shortens the operation time, but also reduces the incidence of complications, and improves the satisfaction rate of patients, which is worthy of vigorous clinical practice.
