上睑提肌腱膜与眶隔筋膜复合瓣前徙在轻中度上睑下垂中的观察

摘　　要：目的本文探讨上睑提肌腱膜和眶隔筋膜复合瓣在轻中度上睑下垂中的临床观察。方法采取回顾性分析同一术者于2018年6月至2019年6月间采用上睑提肌腱膜和眶隔筋膜复合瓣来矫正轻中度上睑下垂对其临床效果、顾客满意度进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访12个月:12个月内有1例中度上睑下垂矫正稍不足,其余均矫正良好;2,术后眼睑闭合不全状况评价:12个月内29例均闭合满意,1例基本满意;3,术后并发症方面:无上穹隆结膜脱垂、倒睫、无斜视复视。4,双眼对称性方面:12个月内29例两侧眼睑对称满意,1例基本满意。结论上睑下垂的治疗主要是手术治疗,不同的病因及分度所采取的手术方式也不同,对于轻中度上睑下垂,上睑提肌腱膜和眶隔筋膜复合瓣前徙可有效的纠正下垂的程度达到理想的效果。且操作简单,术后恢复更快,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical observation of the compound flap of levator palpebrae superioris aponeurosis and orbital septum aponeurosis in the light and moderate ptosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical effect and customer satisfaction of the patients with blepharoptosis who used the compound flap of levator palpebrae superioris aponeurosis and orbital septum aponeurosis between June 2018 and June 2019. Results After 12 months of follow-up, 1 case of moderate ptosis was slightly inadequate and the rest was well corrected within 12 months;2. Evaluation of postoperative eyelid insufficiency: 29 cases were closed satisfactorily within 12 months, 1 case was basically satisfactory;3. Postoperative complications: no superior vault conjunctival prolapse, trichiasis and strabismus diplopia. 4. Bilateral symmetry: within 12 months, 29 cases were satisfied with bilateral eyelid symmetry, 1 case was basically satisfied. Conclusion The main treatment of blepharoptosis is surgery. Different etiology and classification of the operation methods are different. For light and moderate blepharoptosis, the compound flap of levator palpebrae and orbital septal fascia can effectively correct the degree of ptosis to achieve the desired effect. And the operation is simple, the recovery is faster, it is worth popularizing.
