普萘洛尔片联合噻吗洛尔外用治疗婴幼儿面部混合型血管瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在婴幼儿面部混合型血管瘤患儿的药物治疗当中,普萘洛尔片联合噻吗洛尔的实际应用效果。方法:选择本院儿科2018年5月至2019年3月收治的32例婴幼儿面部混合型血管瘤患儿为相关对象,按照随机掷硬币方式将其均分成为对照组与观察组,给予对照组患儿常规药物治疗,观察组患儿则接受普萘洛尔片联合噻吗洛尔治疗,对两组患儿接受不同药物治疗后的实际效果、出现的不良反应情况、治疗后的血流动力学指标以及肝脏与心肌酶指标等。结果:观察组患儿接受治疗后的整体疗效明显好于对照组,且治疗后各项指标水平优于对照组对象,数据进行分析后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),但是两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应,这一数据比较后无差异存在(P> 0.05)。结论:针对患有面部混合型血管瘤的婴幼儿患儿,让其接受普萘洛尔片与噻吗洛尔进行治疗的效果较好,该药物值得应用。Objective To analyze the practical application effect of propranolol tablets combined with timolol in the treatment of infants with facial mixed hemangioma.Methods: Thirty-two infants with facial mixed hemangioma who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects. They were divided into reference group and study group according to random coin toss. The patients in the study group received conventional drug therapy. The study group received propranolol tablets in combination with timolol.The actual effects, adverse reactions, hemodynamic parameters and liver after treatment were compared between the two groups. With myocardial enzyme indicators and so on. Results: The overall efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group after treatment. The level of each index after treatment was better than that of the reference group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the two groups suffered from No serious adverse reactions occurred in the children, and there was no difference after the comparison of the data(P >0.05). Conclusion: For infants with facial mixed hemangioma, it is better to receive propranolol tablets and timolol,The drug is worthy of application.
