Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗褐青色斑的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗褐青色斑的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月-2019年2月收治的104例褐青色斑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组行Q开关1064nm激光治疗,观察组行Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、满意度。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.15%(50/52),对照组为94.23%(49/52),两组对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.346,P> 0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为28.85%(15/52),对照组为84.62%(44/52),两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=11.066,P <0.05)。观察组满意率为94.23%(49/52),对照组满意率为67.3%(35/52),两组差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=9.335,P <0.05)。结论 Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗褐青色斑的效果理想,并发症少,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Q-switch 755 nm alexandrite laser in the treatment of brown and blue spots. Methods 104 patients with brown and blue spots admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switch 1064 nm laser and the observation group with Q-switch 755 nm alexandrite laser. The efficacy, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 96.15%(50/52) in the observation group and 94.23%(49/52) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^2= 0.346,P > 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 28.85%(15/52) in the observation group and 84.62%(44/52) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2= 11.066,P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.23%(49/52), and that of the control group was 67.3%(35/52). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2= 9.335,P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Q-switch 755 nm alexandrite laser in the treatment of brown and blue spots is ideal, with less complications and high patient satisfaction, which is worth clinical promotion.
