摘  要:红压深冷装置的压缩机油冷却器结垢严重,冷却效果变差,导致润滑油温度较高,影响压缩机的正常运行,装置的能耗较高。通过开展量子环防垢技术现场试验,对比分析了安装量子环后压缩机油冷却器的传热系数变化,研究表明安装量子环的油冷却器润滑油温度降低了5.6℃,换热系数提高了37%,防垢效果较好,保证了压缩机平稳运行,降低了冷却水和循环水泵的电量消耗,减少了换热器的清洗次数,减少了因润滑油温度高导致的轻烃减产,年经济效益23.5万元。The oil cooler of compressor in HongYa cryogenic unit has serious scale deposit and poor cooling effect,which results in higher temperature of lubricating oil and affects the operation of compressor.Through comparison,the anti-scaling effect of quantum ring in the oil cooler is studied.The results show that the lubricating oil temperature of oil cooler with quantum ring decreases by 5.6℃,the heat transfer coefficient increases by 37%,and the anti-scaling effect is better.It ensures the operation of the compressor,reduces the consumption of cooling water,reduces electricity consumption of circulating pump,reduces the cleaning times of heat exchangers,reduces the loss of light hydrocarbons caused by the high temperature of lubricating oil,and has an annual economic benefit of 235,000 yuan.
