摘　　要：提高能源管理体系内部审核的有效性是保持能源管理体系正常运行、持续改进的关键环节。结合工作实际,本文清晰说明了油气田企业能源管理体系内部审核质量不高的三方面主要表现,并对其原因进行了全面剖析;针对油气田企业现有的组织模式,提出了提高能源管理体系内部审核有效性的三种主要途径。Improving internal audit effectiveness of energy management system is the key link to maintain the normal operation and continuous improvement of energy management system. This paper comprehensively analyzed three main issues of internal audit quality for oil and gas field energy management system as per practical works. Based on the existing organizational mode of oil and gas enterprises, the paper proposed three ways to improve the effectiveness of internal audit of energy management system.
