摘　　要：在全球创新体系飞速发展、大众创新万众创业成为国家发展新动力的背景下,创新创业空间成为了存量增长时代城市最重要的增长极之一。本文选取北京中关村创业大街这一国内最负盛名的创新创业空间载体,着重结合创新创业生态系统中的产业层和支撑层的概念,对其在2015年和2017年末空间使用方式和布局的变化进行分类调查,比较两个阶段的差异,并探寻造成这一差异的原因。研究发现,中关村创业大街案例充分地体现了我国城市创新创业空间载体不断发展成熟、优化的历程,即:从高度追求"产业空间"的集聚到逐步重视"支撑空间"的完善和丰富,尤其是支撑空间中的创业服务空间、交流空间和展演空间显著增加,且空间形式更注重个性化,多趋向于小规模分散式发展;创业企业的产业空间与支撑空间更趋紧密结合;生活服务类的空间的规模比例长期稳定。但是不同产业类别的创新企业发展不太均衡,信息技术类的发展远远超过文创及其他类的发展,也反映了在创新创业支持政策和管理措施上不够全面。本研究成果有助于进一步深刻理解创新空间发展的内在规律,为未来有效的规划引导提供有价值的建议。Under the background of the rapid development of the global innovation system and the innovation of mass innovation and the new impetus for national development, the space for innovation and entrepreneurship has become one of the most important growth poles in the era of stock growth. This paper selects Beijing Z-Innoway, the most prestigious space for innovation and entrepreneurship in China, focusing on the concept of industrial layer and supporting layer in the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, and classifying the changes in spatial usage and layout at the end of 2015 and 2017. Investigate, compare the differences between the two stages, and explore the reasons for this difference.The study found that the case of Z-Innoway fully reflects the process of continuous development and optimization of the space carrier of urban innovation and entrepreneurship in China, namely: from the pursuit of a high degree of "industrial space" to the gradual emphasis on the "support space" of perfection and richness, especially The entrepreneurial service space, communication space and exhibition space in the supporting space have increased significantly, and the spatial form has more emphasis on individualization, and tends to be more decentralized development;the industrial space and supporting space of the entrepreneurial enterprise are more closely integrated;The scale of space is stable for a long time. However, the development of innovative enterprises in different industrial categories is not balanced. The development of IT is far more than the development of Wenchuang and other categories. It also reflects the lack of comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurial support policies and management measures. The results of this research will help to further understand the inherent laws of the development of innovation space and provide valuable suggestions for effective planning and guidance in the future.
