住区景观标准化体系的建构与应用研究——以济南万科城项目实践为例

摘　　要：景观标准化是实现住区规划设计中适配需求的主要高效途径。本文通过济南万科城住区项目的景观标准化体系建构和应用,详细分析了住区项目中景观标准化的系统内容、建构方式和适配策略,通过建成实践,验证了其有助于提升工程实践品质和降低管理成本,对推进精细化、生态化、人性化的景观设计颇有助益。Landscape standardization is the major efficient way to meet the various fitting demands of residential planning and design. Through the practice of Jinan Vanke City, the article analyzes the construction method and fitting strategy of the standardization system, verifies that landscape standardization, which is beneficial to the promotion of landscape design’s sustainability, refinement and humanization, helps improve the quality of engineering practice and reduce management costs.
