摘　　要：比较了国内外多所一流高校的电子科学与技术研究生培养方案,重点分析其培养目标、研究方向、培养方式、课程体系等方面的内容,探讨电子科学与技术专业的研究生培养方案的改进。In this paper,the training programs for postgraduates of electronic science and technology in many top universities at home and abroad were compared.The paper focused on on analyzing the training objectives,research directions,training methods,curriculum system and other aspects of training program,and discussed the improvement of the training programs for Postgraduates of Electronic Science and Technology specialty.
