摘 要:针对本科院校在培养学生工程实践能力中所遇到的问题,我校拟探求一种将化工原理课程教学、实验教学、课程设计与仿真平台进行有效融合的一体化模式。利用仿真DCS人机界面,开发化工原理(精馏塔工艺)设计平台软件,使设计成品利用仿真平台进行实际模拟测试,从投资、运行成本、操作可行性等方面进行反复验证,这一过程将会极大地促进学生的工程实践能力及创新能力的培养。Aiming at the problems existing in training students’ engineering practice ability in undergraduate universities,an integrated teaching mode in which the course teaching,experimental teaching and course design of Chemical Engineering Priciple are combined efficiently with simulation platform was investigated in our university.Using the simulation DCS man-machine interface,a design software of Chemical Engineering Priciple(distillation process) was developed.With the simulation platform,the design works can be tested repeatedly from investment,operating costs and feasibility.In this process,the engineering practical capacity and innovation ability of the students can be trained effectively.
