摘  要:针对舰用燃气轮机功率吸收与测量的关键设备高速水力测功器长期运行后过流部件的空蚀状态与特征以及国内外有关高速水力测功器过流部件流动规律研究的空白现状,结合水力机械抗空蚀技术研究现状与成果,探讨高速水力测功器过流部件空蚀产生的危害、空蚀发生的机理、影响空蚀发生的因素,以及其抑制技术、研究难点,完成了满水状态下水力测功器流场计算,提出高速大功率水力测功器过流部件的抗空蚀技术研究,并推进其研究进程。According to the cavitation erosion state and characteristics of flow passage component after long-term operation of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer in marine gas turbine, and the research status of flow passage component of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer at home and abroad, combined with research status and results of hydrodynamic mechanical cavitation erosion resistance technology, this paper discusses the hazard caused by cavitation erosion of flow passage component of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer, the mechanism of cavitation erosion, the factors affecting the occurrence of cavitation erosion, its inhibition technology and research difficulties. The calculation of the hydraulic dynamometer flow field in the full water state is completed, and the anti-cavitation technology of the flow passage component of the high-speed high-power hydraulic dynamometer is proposed and the research progress is advanced.
