摘 要:逆向工程是实现产品快速创新设计的重要技术,它能缩短产品研发周期,降低设计成本。文中以连杆零件为实物原型,通过三维数字化扫描进行数据采集、数据处理、逆向建模、创新设计等途径,阐述工业产品的数字化创新设计过程。在建模过程中借助Geomagic Studio软件与UG NX软件对其结构进行优化设计,得到新的产品模型。Reverse engineering is an important technology to realize rapid innovative product design. It can shorten the product development cycle and reduce the design cost. In this paper, connecting rod parts are taken as physical prototype,and the process of digital innovative design of industrial products is expounded through data acquisition, data processing,reverse modeling and innovative design by three-dimensional digital scanning. In the process of modeling, Geomagic Studio software and UG NX software are used to optimize its structure, and a new product model is obtained.
