摘 要:介绍了一种圆周密封装置,分析了其密封原理。针对该类密封装置,推导了在波簧、周向弹簧作用下其轴向及径向密封面接触应力公式。应用该公式,针对4种A尺寸和2种B尺寸该类密封装置开展了接触应力研究,得到了在弹性元件作用下其轴向压应力及径向压应力,统计了其主密封面和次密封面的轴向和径向接触应力值,得到该类密封装置的接触应力范围,其结果可以为类似密封装置的设计提供一些参考。A kind of circumference seal instrument is introduced. Also its seal theory is analyzed. The contact stress formulas in the direction of axes and radius are deduced under the load from the wave spring and the circumference spring. The contact stress of six seal instruments are calculated using the deduced formulas. The contact stress results of the main seal face and the secondary seal face are collected to summarize the contact stress range, which can provide some references in the engineering design of the similitude seal instrument.
