摘　　要：目的:探索"临床医学专家团队"引进项目对医院学科建设的作用。方法:在政府支持下,我院引进了两个全国著名专家团队,本文对医院两年来引进团队在学科发展情况进行了分析。结果:专家团队引进多方面大力促进了专业技术的提升和学科的发展。医院的医、教、研、学得到了很大的提升,在引进团队中如何紧密合作仍需不断探索、磨合、提高。总体对于医院学科提升有极大的益处。结论:有针对性地引进专家团队,成效显著,有利于医院学科的进一步提升和发展。Objective:To explore the role of the"Clinical Medical Expert Team"project in the construction of hospital disciplines.Methods:With the support of the government,the hospital introduced two nationally renowned experts. This study analyzed the effects of the team in the development of the discipline during the past two years. Results:The introduction of expert team has greatly promoted the professional technology and the development of discipline. The scientific research and teaching of the hospital were greatly improved. How to cooperate closely between the introduction team and the clinical departments still needs to be explored. Conclusions:Targeted introduction of expert teams has supplied remarkable benefits to the hospital and is conducive to the further promotion and development of hospital disciplines. This innovative"Suzhou Model"is worth promoting.
