Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA in reducing the incidence of pressure injury in operating room. Methods:The quality management and tracking of intra-operative stress injury was carried out by using PDCA quality management method.. The incidence rate of intra-operative stress injury was recorded and compared before or after using PDCA. Results:After using PDCA, the incidence rate of intraoperative stress injuries was lower than that before using PDCA,and the knowledge and cognition score of operating room nurses was significantly increased(P < 0.05). Conclusions:PDCA quality management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pressure injury in the operating room, and improve the awareness of operating room nurses on the knowledge of pressure injury, and improve the nursing quality of intra-operative pressure injury.
