血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响。方法:收治脓毒症患者102例,随机分为两组各51例。对照组给予抗感染及器官功能支持治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液治疗,治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后血小板(PLT)计数、D-二聚体(D-dimer)及凝血四项[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和凝血酶时间(TT)];比较两组住ICU时间、急性生理与慢性健康状况评分(APACHEⅡ评分)及病死率。结果:观察组治疗后PLT、FIB高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组D-dimer、APTT、PT、TT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住ICU时间短和病死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脓毒症患者给予血必净注射液治疗可纠正凝血功能障碍,改善患者的病情,缩短住ICU时间,降低病死率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on coagulation function in sepsis patients.Methods:102 patients with sepsis were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-infection and organ function support,while the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.The platelet count,D-dimer,prothrombin time(PT),thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and thrombin time(TT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The ICU stay time,APACHEⅡscore and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,The PLT and FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The D-dimer,APTT,PT and TT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The APACHEⅡscore in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU stay in the observation group was shorter and mortality was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Xuebijing injection for sepsis patients can correct coagulation dysfunction,improve the condition of patients,shorten ICU time and reduce mortality.
