摘　　要：氪氙气体生产,甲烷是影响产品纯度关键组份。马钢40000m^3/h制氧机组在产品质量跟踪中发现甲烷超标,查找原因,并消除缺陷。通过外置独立装置,解决大量库存不合格产品,并总结经验,提升操作能力。In the production of krypton and xenon,methane is the key component af fecting the purity of the product.In the product quality tracking of the 40000 m3/h oxygen making unit of MaSteel,it was found that methane exceeded the standard.The causes of the problem were found and the defects were eliminated.A large number of unqualified products in stock were treated through external independent devices.Experience is summa rized and operation ability has been improved.
