摘  要:采用耐高温的杂萘联苯聚芳醚腈酮(PPENK)超滤膜为底膜,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯(PEO500OHMA)为单体,通过常压介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子同步辐照接枝技术,成功制备了芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化分离复合膜.以甲苯/正庚烷为模型体系,考察了单体浓度对复合膜的芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化分离性能的影响规律,并利用分子模拟技术初步探索了其内在机制.结果表明,单体浓度为0.45 mol/L时,PPENK复合膜的甲苯/正庚烷分离系数和渗透通量分别为5.6和2.66 kg/(m 2 h).随单体浓度增大,所制备PPENK复合膜的甲苯/正庚烷分离系数先增大后减小,与溶液中单体的扩散系数的变化趋势一致.这或许说明扩散是制备“孔填充”复合膜需要调控的参数.By means of the atmospheric DBD plasma syn-irradiation grafting,the macromonomer poly(ethylene glycol)methacrylate(PEO500OHMA)was graft polymerized in the pores of the top layer of the thermally stable poly(phthalazione ether nitril ketone)(PPENK)ultrfiltration membrane,consequently,the“pore-filling”composite membrane for pervaporation of aromatic/aliphatic hydrocarbons was prepared.The effect of macromonomer concentration on the pervaporation performance was investigated.The separation factor of toluene/n-heptane firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the macromonomer concentration.At the macromonomer concentration of 0.45 mol/L,both the separation factor and permeation flux reached the extremum values,i.e.,5.6 and 2.66 kg/(m 2 h),respectively.Molecular dynamics simulation was used to probe the reasons behind the phenomenon.The diffusion coefficients of macromonomer in the aqueous solution showed a similar trend,which implied that diffusion was a key technical parameter to fabricate the“pore-filling”composite membranes.
