摘  要:以熟铝矾土(d 50=42.55μm)为原料,高岭土为烧结助剂,活性炭为造孔剂,在1 300℃下通过干压法,制备刚玉莫来石质陶瓷膜支撑体.采用扫描电子显微镜、孔径分析仪、万能试验机对刚玉莫来石质陶瓷膜支撑体的显微结构、孔径分布以及强度进行表征.结果表明,熟铝矾土具有良好的热稳定性,煤质活性炭显著提高支撑体孔隙率.在1 300℃制备的刚玉莫来石陶瓷支撑体孔隙率为37.0%,平均孔径为5.2μm,抗弯强度达到55.4 MPa,纯水渗透率为34.6 m^3/(m^2 h MPa),在15%的盐酸溶液环境下质量损失率为0.11%,15%NaOH碱溶液环境下损失率为0.76%,具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性能.The corundum-mullite ceramic support was fabricated at 1 300℃by a dry pressing method using calcined bauxite with the median size of 42.55μm as a starting material,Kaolin as sintering additive and activated carbon as pore-forming agent.The micro-structure,pore size distribution and flexural strength were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,pore-size analyzer and universal mechanical test.The results show that calcined bauxite has stable properties,Kaolin plays a role in helping to sinter and activated carbon significantly increases the porosity.The corundum-mullite ceramic supports prepared at 1 300℃have an open porosity of 37.0%,average pore size of 5.2μm,flexural strength of 55.4 MPa,water flux of 34.6 m^3/(m^2 h MPa),weight loss 0.11%in 15%hydrochloric acid solution and weight loss 0.76%in 15%sodium hydroxide solution and have excellect chemical corrosion resistance.
