摘 要:甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液在吸收天然气中的CO2时发生可逆化学反应,因此对MDEA富液的再生可进一步完善天然气生产工业.实验采用聚丙烯(PP)膜组件作为富液再生器,利用减压膜蒸馏法再生含CO2的MDEA富液.研究富液温度、真空度、流量和富液中CO2浓度对分离因子和脱碳率的影响,探究各参数影响能力的大小并寻找出最佳操作参数.研究表明,脱碳率随温度、真空度、流量和CO2浓度增大而增大;分离因子随温度、真空度和CO2浓度增大而增大,随流量增大而减小.最佳操作条件为温度50℃,真空度65 kPa.各参数对减压膜蒸馏影响顺序为温度>真空度>流量>CO 2浓度.Methyl diethanolamine(MDEA)solution has reversible chemical reaction when absorbing CO2 in natural gas.Therefore,the regeneration of MDEA rich liquid can further improve the natural gas production industry.In this experiment,polypropylene(PP)membrane component was used as a regenerator to regenerate CO2 rich MDEA solution by vacuum membrane distillation.The influence of temperature,vacuum degree,flowrate and CO2 concentration in rich liquid on separation factor and decarbonization rate was studied,and the influence ability of various parameters was explored to find out the optimal operating parameters.The results show that decarburization rate increases with the increase of temperature,vacuum degree,flowrate and CO2 concentration.The separation factor increases with the increase of temperature,vacuum degree and CO2 concentration and decreases with the increase of flowrate.The optimum operating condition is temperature 50℃,vacuum degree 65 kPa.The order of influence of each parameter on vacuum membrane distillation is temperature>vacuum degree>flowrate>CO 2 concentration.
