摘 要:研究了用氟化法沉淀脱除硫酸钴溶液中Ca^2+、Mg^2+的方法,该方法用NaF作沉淀剂,考察了NaF用量,反应终点pH值,反应温度,搅拌转速等因素对CoSO4溶液中Ca^2+、Mg^2+脱出率的影响。试验结果表明,在NaF加入量为Ca^2+、Mg^2+摩尔理论总量的4倍,终点pH值5.5~6.0,反应温度80℃~90℃,搅拌转速300 r/min,反应时间1 h,到达终点pH值后,稳定0.5 h的条件下,Ca^2+、Mg^2+脱除率分别可达到96.67%,99.54%;Co损失率可以控制在2%以内。The study on Remove of Ca^2+,Mg^2+in cobalt sulfate solution by Precipitation of fluorination method is carried out,in the method,NaF is taking as the precipitating agent,The effect of NaF dosage,pH value of reaction endpoint,reaction temperature,stirring speed and the other factors on removing rate of Ca^2+、Mg^2+in CoSO4 solution is studied.The test results show,when the addition amount of NaF is 4 times of total Moore theoretical amount of Ca^2+、Mg^2+,the pH value of endpoint is 5.5~6.0,the reaction temperature is 80℃~90℃,the stirring speed is 300 r/min,the reaction time is 1 hour,and with the conditions that the final pH value is reached,and stable for 0.5 hour,the removal rate of Ca^2+、Mg^2+can reach to 96.67%,99.54%separately;the loss ratio of Co can be controlled in 2%.
