摘　　要：西门子PLC和Rockwell PLC均为目前工业自动化控制领域内的主流控制器,在梅钢焦炉的自动化生产中存在二者之间进行数据通讯的需求。通过使用Prosoft公司的MVI56E-SIE网关模块作为网关,实现梅钢焦炉地面和车辆通讯控制系统中西门子PLC和Rockwell PLC的数据通讯。相对于以前曾经使用过的Woodhead等公司的网关产品,Prosoft公司MVI56E-SIE网关模块安装在Rockwell PLC机架内,与Rockwell PLC结合紧密,融入了Logix平台,具有安装方便、配置更加简单容易等优点,目前已经投入使用,取得了良好的数据交换效果。Both Siemens PLC and Rockwell PLC are mainstream controller at present in industrial automation control field,the data communication requirements existed between the two brands controllers in the automation production of coke oven in Shanghai Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.MVI56E-SIE gateway module from Prosoft Company is adopted as the gateway,so the data communication between Siemens PLC and Rockwell PLC can be realized by using of it.Comparing with the gateway products from Woodhead and the other companies,the MVI56E-SIE gateway module from Prosoft company installed inside Rockwell PLC rack,which is link tightly with Rockwell PLC,integrated into the Logix platform,which has the advantages installed and configured easily and so on,it has been put into use at present,and good data exchange results have been achieved.
