摘　　要：地质实验室岩矿分析测试能力是衡量相关人员专业素质的重要指标,尽管目前取得了一定的进步,但仍然存在不足之处。文章对地质实验室岩矿分析测试能力进行了探讨,分析了现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,寻求提高地质实验室岩矿分析测试能力的途径,旨在促进我国地质行业的进一步发展。The rock and mineral analysis and testing ability of geological laboratory is an important indicator to measure the professional quality of the relevant personnel.Although some progress has been made,there are still some shortcomings.In this paper,the ability of rock and mineral analysis and testing in geological laboratory is discussed.First,the present situation and existing problems are analyzed.On this basis,ways to improve the a-bility of rock and mineral analysis and testing in geological laboratory are sought to promote the further develop-ment of China's geological industry.
