摘　　要：新时代实施乡村振兴战略,为财政涉农资金整合提出新的要求。根据对不同演化阶段的特征、支持重点的分析发现:未来财政涉农资金整合政策的制定将更趋近于促进政府、市场、农村三方面相协调,必须坚持以市场为导向,以科技为引领,以创新为驱动,构建农业农村创新生态系统,以激发农业农村发展新动能,促进城乡农业农村共生、共享、融合式发展,壮大农村集体经济,加快实现乡村振兴战略。The implementation of the strategy of rural vitalization in the new era will put forward new re-quirements for the integration of financial agriculture-related funds.According to the characteristics and supporting priorities of different evolutionary stages,it is found that the formulation of the future policies of financial agriculture-related funds,will be tend to promote the coordination of government,market and rural areas.We must take market as orientation,science and technology as the guide,and innovation as the driving force,construct the agricultural and rural innovation ecosystem,in order to stimulate the new kinetic energy of agricultural and rural development,and promote the symbiosis,sharing and fusion de-velopment of urban and rural areas.Finally,the rural collective economy will be increased,and the Rural Revitalization strategy will be realized.
