摘 要:目的应用实时剪切波弹性成像技术研究正常肾脏弹性模量值范围及其影响因素。方法200例体检正常者,利用实时剪切波弹性成像技术获得双侧肾脏的弹性模量值,包括最大值(Max)、最小值(Min)、平均值(Mean)、弥散度(SD),对双侧肾脏、不同性别及年龄的肾脏弹性模量值进行比较。结果正常肾脏的弹性模量值参考范围为:Mean(12.29±3.92)、Max(19.92±4.71)、Min(6.98±4.43)kPa及SD(3.45±1.16)kPa,双侧肾脏、不同性别的正常肾脏弹性模量值(Mean、Max、Min、SD)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常肾脏的弹性模量值(Mean)与年龄呈正相关(r=0.618,P<0.05)。结论实时剪切波弹性成像技术可定量评价正常肾脏的弹性模量值,为评价肾脏疾病结构及功能的改变奠定了基础。Objective To study the range of elastic modulus of normal kidney and its influencing factors by real-time shear wave elastography.Methods The elastic modulus values of bilateral kidneys were obtained by shear wave elastography in 200 normal subjects,including maximum(Max),minimum(Min),mean(Mean),and dispersion(SD).The elastic modulus values of bilateral kidneys,different genders and ages were compared.Results The reference ranges of elastic modulus were Mean(12.29±3.92)kPa,Max(19.92±4.71)kPa,Min(6.98±4.43)kPa and SD(3.45±1.16)kPa.There was no significant difference in the elastic modulus of normal kidneys(Mean,Max,Min,SD)between bilateral kidneys and different genders(P>0.05).Mean of normal kidney is positively correlated with age(r=0.618,P<0.05).Conclusions Real-time shear wave elastography can quantitatively evaluate the elastic modulus of normal kidney and lay a foundation for evaluating the structural and functional changes of kidney diseases.
