气体二氧化氯对B2型生物安全柜消毒效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨气体二氧化氯对B2型生物安全柜微环境表面及高效过滤器消毒效果,评估其影响因素。方法采用定性杀菌试验法,将枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种(ATCC 9372)芽孢作为生物指示剂评价杀菌效果,监测消毒过程中二氧化氯气体浓度和温湿度。结果采用二氧化氯气体生产原料A剂(亚氯酸钠)900g/L、B剂(某有机酸盐)450g/L、N剂(碳酸钠和亚硫酸钠等二氧化氯中和制剂)150g/L作用5h和A剂1200g/L、B剂600g/L、N剂200g/L作用4h能够完全杀灭所有位点生物指示剂。排风高效过滤器下游二氧化氯浓度和相对湿度比其他位点低,生物指示剂杀灭较难。结论气体二氧化氯能够快速杀灭B2型生物安全柜微环境表面及送风高效过滤器上游生物指示剂。排风下游扩散路径更长,过滤器更厚,需要更高的反应浓度和更长的作用时间才能达到消毒效果。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of chlorine dioxide gas on disinfection of environmental surfaces and high efficiency particulate air filter of B2biological safety cabinet and evaluate the influencing factors.METHODS The Bacillus atrophaeus(ATCC 9372)spore was used as biological indicator to evaluate anti-microbial activity by qualitative sterilization test,the concentration of chlorine dioxide gas,temperature and humidity were monitored during the disinfection process.RESULTS Both the 900g/L of chlorine dioxide gas raw materials reagent A(sodium chlorite),450g/L of reagent B(salt of organic acid)and 150g/L of reagent N(chlorine dioxide neutralized preparations such as sodium carbonate and sodium sulfite)working for 5hours and the 1200g/L of reagent A,600g/L of reagent B and 200g/L of reagent N working for 4hours were able to kill all the point biological indicators completely.It was difficult to kill biological indicators in the downstream of exhaust of the high efficiency particulate air filter,because the concentration of chlorine dioxide and relative humidity were lower.CONCLUSION The chlorine dioxide gas can quickly kill the biological indicators on the surface and the upstream of supply high efficiency particulate air filter of B2biological safety cabinet.The downstream of exhaust,where the diffusion path is longer and the filter is thicker,requires a higher reaction concentration and a longer dwell time to achieve the disinfection effect.
