摘 要:【目的】筛选出环境友好、防效明显的防治药剂。【方法】采用随机区组的田间实验设计方法,研究15种杀菌剂对北京地区大叶黄杨白粉病的防治效果。【结果】结果证明,ω=43%氟菌·肟菌酯、250g/L丙环唑、φ=20%三唑酮、φ=25%腈菌唑、400g/L氟硅唑和ω=50%醚菌酯6种药剂对大叶黄杨白粉病防治效果较好,分别达到了89%、82%、74%、71%、68%和56%。ω=43%氟菌·肟菌酯兼具保护和治疗的作用;腈菌唑、氟硅唑、醚菌酯、三唑酮和丙环唑对大叶黄杨白粉病的进一步发展具有显著的抑制作用,新叶抑制率均在95%以上;250g/L嘧菌酯、ω=40%嘧菌·乙嘧酚、φ=0.5%大黄素甲醚3种药剂在病害发展初期具有一定的防治效果,但后期病害发展迅速,喷施2次药剂亦不能控制。另外,ω=70%代森锰锌和ω=75%百菌清在发病中期防效较低。【结论】本研究对大叶黄杨白粉病的药剂防治具有一定的指导意义。【Objective】Powdery mildew of Euonymus japonicas is one of the most important diseases and occurred widely in Beijing every year and seriously in some area recently.The pathogen of powdery mildew of E.japonicas is Erysiphe alphitoides which resistance to fungicides has become increasingly prominent.【Methods】Using the randomized block design in the field experiment,the control effects of 15 fungicides were studied on powdery mildew of Euonymus japonicas in Beijing area.【Results】The results show that 6 fungicides on powdery mildew on E.japonicus showed significant control effect,includingω=43%fluopicolide trifloxystrobin,250 g/L propiconazol,φ=20%ketotriazole,φ=25%ethirimol,400 g/L flusilazole andω=50%kresoxim-methyl,and their control effect reached 89%,82%,74%,71%,68%and 56%.ω=43%fluopicolide·trifloxystrobin has both protective and therapeutic effect;Ethirimol,flusilazole,kresoxim-methyl,ketotriazole and propiconazol has significant inhibitory effect on the further development of powdery mildew on E.japonicas,and their inhibition rate on new leaf was both above 95%.Three fungicides which including 250 g/L azoxystrobin,ω=40%azoxystrobin ethirimol,andφ=0.5%physcion also have some effects at the initial stage of the onset,however,these fungicides cannot control further spread of the disease.In addition,we find thatω=70%mancozeb andω=75%chlorothalonil have no control effect which is equal to CK.【Conclusion】The results of this experiment could guide the chemical controlonpowderymildewofE.japonicas.
