摘　　要：纵观新中国成立70年来政治建设历程,不难发现,有四对重要关系贯穿其中,即探寻民主和集中的辩证统一、注重民主和法治的有机结合、追求民主和稳定的动态平衡以及统筹民主和发展的相互协调。新时代,加强中国特色社会主义政治建设,发展社会主义民主政治,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,从而为持续创造经济发展奇迹和政治稳定奇迹提供坚强支撑,就必须全面把握新中国成立以来政治建设历程,深刻洞察社会主义民主政治发展的主要特点及规律。Throughout the 70 years of political construction since the founding of new China, it is not difficult to find that there are four pairs of important relationships running through it, namely, exploring the dialectical unity of democracy and concentration, focusing on the organic combination of democracy and the rule of law, pursuing the dynamic balance of democracy and stability, and coordinating democracy and development. In the new era, to strengthen the construction of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics,develop socialist democratic politics, and advance the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, thus provide strong support for the continuous creation of miracles of economic development and political stability, we must fully grasp the course of political construction since the founding of new China and have a profound insight into the main characteristics and laws of the development of socialist democratic politics.
