摘　　要：在执政近3年之后,特朗普政府仍继续将优先发展化石能源作为其能源政策,同时忽视可再生能源开发和气候变化问题。这些政策对美国化石能源行业的快速发展起了重大推动作用,并使美国逐渐接近能源独立的目标。但特朗普政府仍无法改变煤炭行业衰落的趋势,特朗普政府能源政策面临核电产业缺乏支持力度、能源基础设施建设滞后、美国炼油设施错配、忽视清洁能源技术发展、损害美国环境的问题。由于美国民众和两党在能源政策上存在明显分歧,环境保护和气候变化对共和党人来说是可忽略的议题,却是民主党人最关心的议题之一,未来的能源政策仍可能出现大幅度左右摇摆。由于美国两党在能源政策上仍然存在某些共识,美国能源行业发展的大趋势不会受到政策摇摆的严重影响。After nearly three years in power, the Trump administration continues to prioritize the development of fossil energy as its energy policy, and ignore renewable energy development and climate change, which have greatly promoted the rapid development of the US fossil energy industry and brought the US closer to the goal of energy independence. However, it is still unable to change the declining trend in the coal industries. Currently it is faced with such problems as lack of support for nuclear power industry, lagging energy infrastructure construction, misallocation of the US oil refining facilities, neglecting development of clean energy technologies and damaging to the US environment. Due to the obvious differences among the public and between the two parties over energy policy in the US(environmental protection and climate change are negligible issues for Republicans, but are among the top concerns for Democrats), its future energy policy may keep swing sharply. Nevertheless, because the two parties in the US still share some views on energy policy, the general trend of the development of the US energy industry is not to be seriously affected by the swing policy.
