摘 要:基于海上深层水泥搅拌法工程实践,对海上DCM工法整体流程与施工装备进行总结。结合海上DCM现场施工工艺流程,对“W”施工工艺曲线成型原因、施工着底判断标准及喷水喷浆控制、桩顶与桩底土层加固处理等关键施工技术进行分析。根据每米切割搅拌次数(BRN)计算式,分析关键施工控制指标BRN关联参数,提出3种潜在可行的提高BRN值的方法,并探讨贯入与提升过程均喷浆的施工工艺的优点及可行性。以香港冲积层黏土为研究对象,通过室内配合比试验,研究总含水率对水泥土强度的影响。试验结果表明:总含水率在土样液限附近时水泥土强度最大。Based on the engineering practice of marine deep cement mixing(DCM for short)method,the overall application procedure and construction equipment of marine DCM method were introduced.Combined with the in-situ construction procedure of marine DCM,detailed analysis was conducted about the key construction technology,including W-type construction process curve,termination criteria,spouting control and special treatment of top and bottom soil layers.According to the calculation formula,the related parameters of BRN were analyzed,and three possible methods of increasing BRN value were put forward.Furthermore,the advantage and feasibility of the construction technology with spouting cement slurry during penetration and withdrawal process was discussed.Taking the alluvial soil obtained from Hong Kong as study object,the effect of total water content on the strength of cement-mixing soil was studied by mixing ratio experiment.The results show that the strength of cement-mixing soil reaches the maximum when the total water content approaches the liquid limit of the soil.
