摘  要:为研究振动力场作用下振动参数对SBS改性沥青黏度的影响,在一定温度下,通过改变振动频率和幅值研究沥青胶结料黏度的变化规律,并基于试验结果从动力学角度分析振动力场对沥青黏度的作用机理。结果表明:振动力场能够降低沥青的黏度;沥青降黏率与振动幅值紧密相关,幅值越大,降黏率越高,当振动频率为20 Hz时,振动幅值对SBS改性沥青黏度的影响最大;随着振动频率的升高,沥青降黏率不断增大,频率对降黏率的影响程度与振幅有关。这为将振动拌和工艺引人沥青混合料拌和过程提供了理论基础。To study the influence of vibration parameters on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt under the effect of the vibration force field,the change rule of viscosity of asphalt hinder is studied by changing the vibration frequency and amplitude at a certain temperature,and the action mechanism of the vibration force field on the asphalt viscosity is analyzed from the perspective of dynamics based on the test results.The results show that the vibration force field can reduce the viscosity of asphalt,the viscosity reduction rate of asphalt is closely related to the vibration amplitude,and the larger the amplitude,the higher the viscosity reduction rate.When the vibration frequency is 20 Hz,the vibration amplitude has the greatest influence on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt.With the increase of vibration frequency,the viscosity reduction rate of asphalt increases continuously.And the influence of frequency on viscosity reduction rate is related to amplitude.This provides a theoretical basis for introducing vibration mixing technology into the mixing process of asphalt mixture.
