温针灸治疗中期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：观察温针灸治疗中期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。选取在莆田学院附属医院治疗的中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者64例,随机分为温针灸组32例,给予温针灸治疗;双氯芬酸组32例,给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗。两组均治疗2周。对两组治疗前后的VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节运动功能评分、WOMAC评分进行观察并评价疗效。结果,经治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前均有极显著降低(P<0.01),且温针灸组降低更多(P<0.01);Lysholm膝关节运动功能评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前均有显著性改善(P<0.05),且温针灸组改善更多(P<0.05);温针灸组的治愈率为18.75%,明显高于双氯芬酸组的3.13%(P<0.05)。结果表明,温针灸治疗中期膝关节骨性关节炎具有显著的疗效。The clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis in middle stage were explored.64 patients who received treatment for knee osteoarthritis in middle stage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion group of 32 patients received warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Diclofenac group of 32 patients received diclofenac sustained release capsule treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The VAS score,Lysholm score of knee movement function,WOMAC score of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.After treatment,VAS score of the two groups were both extremely significant reduction(P<0.01),while the group of warm acupuncture and moxibustion reduced more(P<0.01);Lysholm score of knee movement function and WOMAC score were significant improvement(P<0.05),while the the group of warm acupuncture and moxibustion improved more(P<0.05).The cute rate of the warm acupuncture and moxibustion group was 18.75%,significantly higher than 3.13%in the diclofenac group(P<0.05).Warm acupuncture and moxibustion has remarkable results in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in middle stage.
