老年肿瘤患者低钠血症的治疗及护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析老年肿瘤患者低钠血症的治疗及护理方法。方法24例老年肿瘤低钠血症患者,分析低钠原因后制定个体化补液方案并重视饮食调节。治疗10 d后,观察患者的治疗效果、血钠恢复时间,对比患者治疗前后血钠水平。结果24例患者中3例患者血钠水平未达到正常范围,但均>130 mmol/L,患者治疗有效率为87.5%。其余21例患者血钠恢复时间(血钠>135 mmol/L)为(6.7±2.2)d。治疗后,患者血钠水平(137.2±2.4)mmol/L高于治疗前的(128.2±3.4)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年肿瘤低钠血症患者给予个体化补液及护理,能尽快纠正血清离子紊乱、促进患者恢复、降低死亡率。Objective To analyze the methods in treatment and nursing of hyponatremia in elderly patients with tumor.Methods There were 24 elderly tumors patients with hyponatremia,and their causes of hyponatremia were analyzed.Individualized rehydration regimen was formulated and dietary regulation was emphasized.After 10 d of treatment,the therapeutic effect and recovery time of serum sodium were observed,and the serum sodium levels of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Among the 24 patients,the serum sodium level of 3 patients did not reach the normal range,but all of them were>130 mmol/L,and the effective rate of treatment was 87.5%.The recovery time of serum sodium(serum sodium>135 mmol/L)in the remaining 21 patients was(6.7±2.2)d.After treatment,the serum sodium(137.2±2.4)mmol/L was higher than(128.2±3.4)mmol/L before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehydration and nursing for elderly tumor patients with hyponatremia can correct serum ion disorder,promote recovery and reduce mortality as soon as possible.
