品管圈活动降低老年住院患者静脉留置针非计划拔管率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对降低老年住院患者静脉留置针非计划拔管率的作用.方法选取2017年3~5月收治的180例老年住院患者作为对照组,另选取2017年7~9月收治的180例老年住院患者作为实验组.对照组患者采取常规护理管理方法,实验组患者采用品管圈活动进行护理管理.比较两组的有形成果(静脉留置针非计划拔管情况)、无形成果及标准化结果.结果有形成果:实验组患者的静脉留置针非计划拔管率为21.1%(38/180),低于对照组的69.4%(125/180),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).无形成果:通过品管圈活动,全体圈员对品管圈手法的运用、团队精神、沟通协调能力及专业知识水平等方面均有不同程度的提升.标准化结果:订制出标准的留置针操作流程,统一实施,并纳入到工作者培训内容当中.结论开展品管圈活动可提高全体圈员的综合素质、团队合作能力,降低老年住院患者静脉留置针非计划拔管率.Objective To discuss the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity on reducing unplanned extubation rate of venous indwelling needle in elderly inpatients.Methods There were 180 elderly inpatients from March to May 2017 were selected as control group,and 180 elderly inpatients from July to September 2017 were selected as experimental group.The control group received conventional nursing management,and the experimental group received quality control circle activities for nursing management.The formative results(unplanned extubation of venous indwelling needles status),intangible results and standardized results in two groups was compared.Results Formative results:the unplanned extubation rate of venous indwelling needles was 21.1%(38/180)in the experimental group,which was lower than 69.4%(125/180)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intangible results:through quality control circle activities,all circle members have different degrees of improvement in the application of quality control circle techniques,team spirit,communication and coordination ability and professional knowledge level.Standardized results:the standard operation process of indwelling needle is customized,implemented uniformly and included in the training of workers.Conclusion Implementation of quality control circle activities can improve the comprehensive quality and team cooperation ability of all the circle members,and reduce the unplanned extubation rate of venous indwelling needle in elderly inpatients.
