摘  要:通过统计2005-2016年全国煤矿较大及以上安全生产事故,分析我国煤矿事故的灾害现状、发展趋势、地区差异及与主要经济指标的关联特征,这对于预防和治理煤矿灾害、保障矿工生命安全等均有着重要意义。结果表明:近12年来我国煤矿安全生产状况持续好转,较大及以上事故起数、死亡人数等指标均有下降趋势;瓦斯事故下降速度较快但所占比重依然较大,煤与瓦斯突出事故在2009年之前有上升趋势,之后缓慢下降但单次事故造成的死亡人数相对较多,较大及以上事故中顶板事故所占比重较小且下降趋势缓慢;从事故发生的地域差异可以发现,西南地区和东北地区是较大及以上事故发生的主要区域,西南地区发生瓦斯事故和煤与瓦斯突出事故在全国同类事故中所占的比重越来越大;我国原煤产量和煤矿事故变化呈正相关趋势,在2013年原煤产量达到最大值后持续下降,在2016年原煤产量有小幅回升,而相应的煤矿事故也在大幅下降之后有回升的趋势。The paper is aimed to bring about an analysis of the regional differences,the development trends,and the current situation of the coal mine accidents as well as the characteristic features related to the main economic indicators according to the statistics of major and severe safety production accidents in the coal mines of the country during the decade of 2005-2016. Needless to say,it is of great significance to prevent and control coal mine accidents and disasters and provide life safety for the broad miners meaningfully and wholeheartedly. As compared with the indicators,such as the number of casualty and the ratio of accidents in the major and large-scaled mines for the past 12 years,the situation of safety production can be said to gain an obvious improvement. However,the number of extraordinarily serious accidents can merely be said falling still slowly. Neither can it be said basically controlled. Through the analysis of the ratio of the coal mine accident types and the casualty size and severe accidents for the nearly 12 past years all over the country,gas accidents,though,have dropped faster,still took up a principal part,with the coal and gas outburst accidents turning to rise up to 2009 and later beginning to decline slowly. Nevertheless,the death toll from one serious accident has been unhappily great.On the other hand,roof-collapse accidents tend to decline slowly,though they just account for a small proportion of the major severe accidents. Therefore,when comparing and analyzing the number of accidents and death roll of the major and severe accidents and the extraordinarily serious accidents,which took place in 13 provinces and the urban regions of the country,the southwest and northeast regions of the country tend to be hit more seriously by such gravious accidents,though the southwest of the country has been hit by gas accidents in an increasing trend of similar accidents. Besides,we have also found and proven a positive correlation between the total raw coal output and the mining accident frequen
