摘 要:以萝卜蚜为试虫,采用触杀法和拒食法测定了藜乙醇粗提物的几种不同溶剂萃取物的杀虫活性,并经柱层析分离,检测不同流分对萝卜蚜的生物活性。结果表明,正丁醇萃取物对萝卜蚜虫表现出很强的触杀和拒食作用。在质量浓度为100 mg/mL时,72 h的触杀校正死亡率为97.97%,LC50为4.855 mg/mL;72 h平均拒食率为83.33%,AFC50为37.841 mg/mL。正丁醇萃取物经乙醇柱层析分离得到的不同流分(乙醇浓度)中,活性成分主要集中在Fr6(90%乙醇)流分,在其10 mg/mL质量浓度下,72 h后对萝卜蚜的校正死亡率为95.12%。Insecticidal activity of different solvent extracts from Chenopodium album L. against Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach) was tested by contact and antifeedant methods;then, the extracts were separated by macroporous resin chromatography to detect the biological activity of different fractions against L. erysimi. The results showed that the n-butanol extract displayed excellent activity and had strong contact and antifeedant effects against L. erysimi, with corrected mortality of 97.97% at 100 mg/mL for 72 h, LC50 of 4.855 mg/mL, average antifeedant rate of 83.33%, and AFC50 of37.841 mg/mL. The 90% ethanol fraction, which was separated from n-butanol extract with macroporous resin column chromatography, was the major active components, with corrected mortality of 95.12% at 10 mg/mL during a 72 h exposure.
