摘  要:黄野螟是白木香重要害虫,本文利用室内饲养观察、室外田间模拟等方法系统研究了黄野螟成虫的性比及日羽化节律,并利用性腺粗提物、杀虫灯等诱集黄野螟成虫,研究其活动规律;采用正己烷浸提雌蛾性腺获得粗提物,用Y型嗅觉仪测定雄蛾对雌蛾性腺粗提物的选择趋势反应。结果表明,黄野螟成虫田间雌雄比例为1∶1.124,室内饲养雌雄比例为1∶1.481;成虫羽化时间主要集中在19:00-1:00,其中以21:00-23:00羽化率最高;2日龄雄蛾对2日龄处女雌蛾性腺粗提物的反应较强,尤其对雌蛾性腺23:00-2:00粗提物反应最强,说明23:00-2:00是黄野螟性信息素释放的高峰期。Heortia vitessoides is an important pest against aquilariasinensis. Adult sex ratio and daily eclosion rhythm of H. vitessoides was studied by laboratory observation and outdoor field simulation methods. Reaction of the male moth to female moth gland extracts was observed using the gland extracts and insecticidal lamp trap, as well as crude gonad of female moth through hexyl alkane extraction in Y olfactometer assay. The results showed that the in-field sexual ratio(female:male) of H. vitessoides adults was 1:1.124, and indoor rearing ratio was 1:1.481. The adult emergence time mainly concentrated in the period of 19:00-1:00, with the highest emergence rate at 21:00-23:00. Male moths of 2-day age had strong reaction to crude gonadal extracts of 2-day old virgin females, especially at 23:00-2:00. Thus, 23:00-2:00 was identified as peak time of sex pheromone release.
