摘  要:为研究金明佛肚竹、黄条金刚竹和白纹椎谷笹在长沙地区的适应性,对引种的1年生幼竹进行为期1年的光合日变化测定。结果表明:3个观赏竹的净光合速率值在不同月份之间差异极显著(P<0.01),7月的日变化曲线为双峰型,净光合速率值最高,是生长重要时期,其余月份的日变化曲线为单峰型,1月最低,生长受到抑制,金明佛肚竹的情况较好;相关性分析认为,净光合速率受气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、光合有效辐射、空气CO2浓度、空气温度和大气相对湿度影响;多元回归分析认为,不同月份影响各竹种的净光合速率的主要因子。因此,在长沙及环境相似地区进行引种推广时优先考虑金明佛肚竹,当3个观赏竹在不同月份生长受到胁迫时可对其进行科学抚育。The paper aims to study the introduction adaptability of 3 ornamental bamboos(Bambusa ventricosa f.kimmei,Pleioblastus kongosanensis f.aureostriatus and Sasaella glabra)in Changsha.We measured the diurnal variation of photosynthesis of 1-year-old introduced bamboo for 1 year.The results showed that:the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of the 3 ornamental bamboos was significantly different from month to month(P<0.01);the diurnal variation of Pn of the 3 ornamental bamboos was double-peak type and Pn was the highest in July which was an important period for the growth;the diurnal variation of Pn of the 3 ornamental bamboos were one-peak curve in the other months and Pn was the lowest in January when the growth were inhibited,and the growth status of B.ventricosa f.kimmei was better than that of the other 2 ornamental bamboos.According to correlation analysis,Pn was affected by stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,photosynthetic effective radiation,air CO2 concentration,air temperature and atmospheric relative humidity;the main factors influencing Pn of different bamboos in different months were obtained by multiple regression analysis.So,B.ventricosa f.kimmei is given priority to be introduced and promoted in Changsha or similar environment areas,once the growth of the 3 ornamental bamboos is stressed in different months,they can be raised scientifically.
