共同治理理论视角下的大学现代治理结构构建：理论困境与实践导向

摘　　要：共同治理理论在大学治理范畴内的适用,不仅是对传统管理范式的超越,以其为导向的大学现代治理结构框架也能为当前存在的问题提供破解之道。然而在实际推进中仍然存在许多难题甚至学理悖论有待于破解。文章在分析学理难题的基础上,从大学共同治理理论的视角出发,尝试提出大学现代治理结构的改革与构建需要注意的实践策略导向。The Theory of Shared Governance applied in university governance has gone beyond the traditional management model,and the governance structure of modern university centered on this theory also provides solutions to some existing problems.Many challenges as well as theoretical paradoxes,however,need to be solved when this theory is carried out in practices.Based on detailed analyses of some theoretical problems,this paper will offer some suggestions and practical strategies worthy of attention in the reform and construction of modern university governance structure from the perspective of Theory of University Shared Governance.
