外周血叶酸及维生素B12水平与子痫前期相关性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外周血叶酸及维生素B12与子痫前期的相关性。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、Pubmed、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library 6个数据库以及参考文献追溯的方法,收集关于叶酸及维生素B12与子痫前期关系的相关研究。检索时限均为建库至2018年8月28日。依据纳入和排除标准纳入文献。采用Revman5.3对纳入文献的相关数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,其中中文文献11篇,英文文献5篇,共计子痫前期孕妇1 468例,健康孕妇1 173例。Meta分析结果显示:子痫前期孕妇叶酸水平低于健康孕妇(SMD=-0.74,95%CI[-1.20,-0.28],P=0.002);子痫前期孕妇维生素B12低于健康孕妇(SMD=-0.95,95%CI[-1.32,-0.58],P<0.000 01)。结论叶酸及维生素B12的缺乏与子痫前期的发生密切相关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the folic acid or VitaminB12 levels in peripheral blood and preeclampsia.Methods By searching six databases of CNKI, Wanfang databases, Pubmed databases, Medline databases, Embase databases, Cochrane Library and retrospecting references, we collected studies on the relationship between folic acid or vitamin B12 and preeclampsia before August 28,2018.Studies were included according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Revman5.3 software was used to analyze the data which in the included studies.Results 5 English studies and 11 Chinese studies were included,including 1 468 preeclampsia pregnant women and 1 173 healthy pregnant women.The meta analysis result showed that the preeclampsia pregnant women’s folic acid level were lower than healthy pregnant women(SMD=-0.74,95 %CI[-1.20,-0.28],P=0.002).And the preeclampsia pregnant women’s VitaminB12 level were also lower than healthy pregnant women(SMD=-0.95,95 %CI[-1.32,-0.58],P<0.000 01).Conclusions The lack of folic acid and vitamin B12 maybe cause the preeclampsia.
