安阳市居民健康生活方式与行为素养影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解安阳市居民健康生活方式与行为素养现状,分析其影响因素,为今后开展健康教育与健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样法,对15~69岁常住居民共3 680人进行入户问卷调查,获取有效问卷3 663份。结果安阳市居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平为7.51%。调查对象对"儿童青少年也可能发生抑郁症"回答的正确率最高,为84.71%,"吃豆腐、豆浆等大豆制品的好处"最低,为8.71%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,基本知识和理念素养、健康技能素养、文化程度、城乡和年龄是安阳市居民健康生活方式与行为方面得分的关键影响因素,共同解释了回归方程35.1%的变异量。结论安阳市居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平低。今后的工作中,要全面强化健康教育专题的核心信息,并针对农村居民、老年人、低文化程度者等重点人群开展有针对性的健康教育活动。Objective To understand the status of health lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents in Anyang city and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for health education and health promotion in the future.Methods 3 680 permanent residents aged from 15 to 69 were surveyed by stratified multi-stage random sampling, and3 663 valid questionnaires were obtained. Results The health lifestyle and behavior literacy level of residents in Anyang city was 7.51 %. The respondents had the highest correct answer rate(84.71 %) for depression can also occur in children and adolescents, while the lowest rate(8.71 %) for the benefits of eating tofu, soy milk and other soy products. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that Basic knowledge and ideological literacy, health skills literacy, education level, urban and rural areas and age were the key influencing factors for the score of health lifestyle and behavior of residents in Anyang city, jointly explaining the variation of 35.1 % in the regression equation.Conclusions The level of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy is low in Anyang city. In the future, we should comprehensively strengthen the core information of health education project, and carry out targeted health education activities for rural residents, aged people, low cultural program and other key groups.
