摘 要:在公共文化活动空间属于现代公共领域、公共文化产品属于公共产品、公共文化服务应该由公共部门提供等理念指导下,发达国家形成了“中央集权”模式、“内放权、外扩张”模式以及“一臂之距”模式等三种公共文化服务模式。虽然各个发达国家公共文化服务模式稍有区别,但是都十分注重公共文化管理策略,有效提高了本国公共文化服务质量。Under the guidance of the concepts that public cultural activity space belongs to modern public sphere,public cultural products belong to public products,and that public cultural services should be provided by the public sector,developed countries have formed three kinds of public cultural service models.Although the public cultural service models in developed countries are slightly different,countries attach great importance to public cultural management strategies in accordance with their national conditions,effectively improving the quality of public cultural service in their countries.
