摘　　要：构建现代公共文化服务体系是建设社会主义文化强国的重大战略任务,也是文化小康建设的重要内容,对满足人民群众的精神文化需求具有重要作用。文章在调查研究的基础上,对照国家、省级、市级公共文化服务标准要求,以H市为例,梳理国家公共文化服务体系示范区后续建设存在的问题,逐一进行归因分析后,指出通过落实法律责任、强化标准意识、提高服务效能、加强队伍建设等举措,可有效破解公共文化服务体系后续建设难题。Constructing the modern public cultural service system is not only a major strategic task in building a culturally strong socialist country,but also a key factor of building a culturally well-off society to meet people's spiritual and cultural needs.Referring to the requirements of the national,provincial and municipal public cultural service standards,the paper takes city H as an example to analyze the existing problems and possible causing factors.Based on this analysis,this paper proposes the measures of fulfilling the legal responsibility,strengthening the standard consciousness,enhancing the service effectiveness and strengthening the team building so that the problems with the local public cultural construction could be effectively solved.
